Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lisa Says Gah finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, including beauty products and sale items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit with a bonus incentive.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a mailer of your choice, ensuring all tags are intact.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
